Share your idea, reference images, preferred placement, and approximate size. We’ll ask a few targeted questions about style, line thickness, and color to make sure we’re aligned. From there, we’ll give a time estimate and suggest any adjustments to keep your design crisp at the chosen size.

Pro tip: Ultra-fine detail doesn’t always age well at micro sizes. We’ll help simplify intelligently so it heals clean.

2) Scheduling & Deposit

Once you’re happy with the plan, we secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit (applied toward your total). You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment time, studio address, prep tips, and policies (reschedules, lateness, IDs, etc.).

3) Design Refinement

We finalize the design based on your references and our professional standards for longevity:

• Ensuring legible line weights at your chosen size

• Adjusting detail so it heals sharply

• Confirming color choices or classic black & grey
  Minor tweaks are welcomed—our goal is clarity, balance, and long-term wear.

4) Day-Of Prep

Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and fed. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and heavy sun on the area. Wear clothing that gives easy access to the placement. Bring a valid ID.

5) Placement & Stencil

We clean the skin, apply the stencil, and take time to perfect placement. This is your chance to confirm size, angle, and exact location in the mirror. If needed, we re-stencil until it’s right.

6) The Tattoo

We work with steady, precise passes, checking your comfort the whole way. For color, we build hues methodically so the tattoo is saturated and vibrant. For black & grey, we balance line work and shading for crisp contrast. Expect us to clean the area frequently and keep you informed about what we’re doing.

7) Review & Aftercare

We bandage the tattoo and walk you through aftercare step-by-step (how to clean, moisturize, what to avoid, and what’s normal during healing). You’ll also get written instructions and product recommendations.

8) Payment & Follow-Up

Your deposit applies to the final total based on the actual time spent. We’ll answer any last questions and invite you to send a clear photo at the two-to-four-week mark so we can assess healing. If a quick touch-up is needed for normal healing variances, we’ll guide you through booking.
